We are open online 24/7. We will also be looking at running classes over the nicer weather months, to pot up large bowls, with a mixture of succulents.

How are your plants shipped?2021-01-18T23:00:07+00:00

All succulents are sent, wrapped individually and bare rooted. Most other plants are sent bare rooted with damp sphagnum moss wrapped around their roots, then wrapped in paper towel and a small amount of alfoil to prevent moisture loss. They will then be wrapped in bubble wrap, to protect their delicate leaves and sticky taped to the box, to prevent movement. The box will also be filled with fillers, such as scrunched up newspaper, paper towels, recycled fillers etc, to also help prevent movement. We also try very hard to recycle as much as we can, where boxes and fillers are concerned. All pots will also be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packed tightly to prevent movement. It will be at our discretion if plants and pots can be sent together. If they cannot, we will contact you for your instructions. Extra large pots etc, will be pick-up only.

Yes you can pre-order some products but payment is required before we place the order. We do not hold plants and usually have limited stock numbers on popular or difficult to acquire plants and we want to give everyone a fair go. We will announce new or returning popular stock on our socials so you can be ready. Following us is the best way to be up to date. SheGrows has access to large and medium trees and many other plants, pots, home décor and even Hampton style furniture and accessories. Even though we may not stock them all. Please just ask.

We re-stock the website with plants and products nightly, depending on when stock arrives. If you are after a particular item, which is not in stock, please contact us.

Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided by Australia Post or myself. The emails will therefore come from Australia Post under SheGrows or Tracy Musgrove as the sender. Having the Australia Post tracking app on your phone is the best way to be up to date with any order coming from eParcel, Express and Standard post.

We use Australia Post (eParcel, Express and Standard post). When your parcel is sent with Australia Post, it is no longer the responsibility of SheGrows. We recommend paying extra for insurance on more expensive parcels. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more.

We are happy for you to add to an existing order up to 8pm Friday. This can be done by selecting the free shipping option on the additional order. If more shipping is required, we will contact you directly for this to be paid before the order is sent.

When will my order be sent?2021-01-18T23:12:34+00:00

Plant orders are sent express on Mondays and Tuesdays only, to avoid plants in transit over the weekend, especially in summer. Order cut off times are 12pm Wednesday nights, for postage the following Monday or Tuesday. This allows succulents to dry properly when removed from their pots, wrapped and boxed, ready for posting. If you miss cut off and we feel we can still post your order the following Monday or Tuesday, we will do so. If not, we will hold it over until the following Monday or Tuesday. All other plants are sent with their roots wrapped in damp spaghnum moss, then wrapped in alfoil to retain moisture, bubble wrapped and sent as soon as possible. We are generally at the post office every day. All other non-living items, such as pots and accessories are also sent as soon as possible and can also be sent normal post if you choose, to save on postage costs. We want you to enjoy your orders as soon as You do. Enjoy!

Shipping is based on the new Australia Post packaging prices, ‘if it packs, it posts’. Your Shipping is calculated according to the items in your cart and your address upon checkout.

We ship Australia wide excluding WA, TAS and the NT. At checkout you can select your location from the options available.
